Case Manager

Kimberlee received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Southwest Baptist University. She provides individualized strengths-based case management for our residents. Kimberlee assists each young woman with planning her educational and parenting goals. Her objective is to challenge each resident to make thoughtful and wise decisions for themselves and their babies. Kimberlee insures that our young women are receiving proper medical care and are enrolled in an educational program. She is committed to helping our residents access community services that will assist them. Kimberlee is a dedicated social worker, passionate about helping pregnant, young women improve their lives and achieve success.

Kimberlee first joined our staff in 2003 and served faithfully for two years before leaving to get married. She is now happily married to Antaun Peppers. He is a school teacher and coach in Excelsior Springs and also serves as a youth pastor. They have two very fun and active children, Madison and Isaiah.

Since leaving, she has served as interim case mananger, as needed, and has now joined our staff once again. Our young ladies are fortunate to have Kimberlee as their advocate.
