  • Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and major holidays. Booking requests should be made a minimum of 60 days in advance and earlier for peak travel periods.
  • A valid passport is required for international travel.
  • Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children under 12 years old.
  • Limit of one certificate per household within a 12-month period.
  • All adult guests must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Ground transportation is not included unless otherwise stated.
  • Resorts are members-only properties. Guests may be invited to attend a presentation upon check-in, however attendance is completely optional and not required.
  • Local taxes, destination fees, transfer fees, resort fees, and any mandatory surcharges are not included and remain the responsibility of the guest. A daily resort fee of $50 applies, in addition to applicable hotel taxes payable at check-out.
  • Upgrades may be available at the time of booking for an additional cost.
  • Reservations canceled more than 36 days prior to arrival may be rescheduled for a rebooking fee. Cancellations made 16–35 days prior to arrival are subject to a higher rebooking fee. Optional reservation protection may be purchased at the time of booking to reduce applicable rebooking fees. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable and subject to forfeiture of the reservation and all funds paid.
